We help you identify the things that don’t serve you anymore or that may be impeding your health, happiness or simple ability to function at your best level. And sometimes we just put things where they need to be.

Our Founder and President
Andrea Wait
I launched Andrea Wait Organizing Services in 2009 because I’ve always been drawn to helping people and because I absolutely love organization. Yes, love. There are endless ways to design spaces that not only improve functionality but also mental clarity and physical wellness. I know firsthand the difference it makes to have your space designed around what you really need. It opens up so much more than just a space - it opens up opportunity.
I’ve been organizing ever since I was a child but really started to understand its impact as an adult. My inherent reduce/recycle approach has served me well moving from the sprawling suburbs of Long Island to space-challenged apartments in Manhattan and finally to San Francisco where years of shared-living situations have made me an expert in managing space and inventory. Though my work is focused on the Bay Area, I have had the great fortune to travel around the country working with homeowners, business owners, renters and landlords, each time discovering something new in the process of discussing their unique challenges. Today, I’ve built a rockstar team of professional organizers who implement the best practices I’ve developed. I feel privileged to be invited into people’s lives to help them make change and I hope that through my work and workshops, I can reach as many people as possible to share the benefit - the beauty - of creating spaces that best serve our lives.
